The OCDE has a Well-being Index which is calculated based on eleven indicators: education, housing, employment, income, social network, governance, health, security, satisfaction, work-life balance, and environment.
Belgium comes out on top with 74% of people being happy with their lives, 62% holding a job, an average salary of over 20,000 Euros per year, 71% of people 25 to 62 holding a diploma, 94% of people being able to depend on family and friends in case of need and low pollution and high water quality.
